Corinne Diserens in conversation with Xavier Le Roy

In parallel with the upcoming exhibition “Retrospective” by Xavier Le Roy, Beirut Art Center hosts a conversation between the renowned French choreographer Xavier Le Roy and art historian and curator Corinne Diserens. The talk will discuss the ongoing exhibition based on the artist’s solo works created between 1994 and 2010. Corinne Diserens is a speaker at The Museum As…An International Symposium on Museum Futures at Nicolas Sursock Museum on Saturday 3 October. The symposium addresses the following questions: What is the role of a museum today? What kinds of experiences have publics come to expect from museums? Can a museum exist without a building?
