The Ghost is Present: Live Video Lab with Rami Sabagh

The Ghost is Present is a five-day open lab that explores innovative ways to create film and video works. Participants will experiment with live video manipulation, text, and spoken word to discover new creative possibilities.

The workshop begins with an introduction to basic live video manipulation techniques using the Max Msp Jitter program, which requires no prior experience. Following this, attendees will engage in a collaborative open laboratory to explore different modes of live video practices. They will investigate the relationship between moving images and written or spoken text, pushing the boundaries of traditional filmmaking and video production.

This workshop offers a hands-on opportunity to develop new skills and insights in a supportive and experimental environment.
