Led by Taleb Al Saj, this one-day workshop introduces the basics of metal welding through hands-on, collaborative learning. Participants will learn how to cut, attach, clean, and finish metal surfaces using fundamental techniques.
Taleb Al Saj is an industrial and decorative blacksmith trained at the Industrial Institute in Homs, Syria. He runs his own workshop, where he fabricates utilitarian objects alongside solar and rooftop installations.
Each participant will receive a lunch box from Nation Station that includes a vegetarian or non-vegetarian meal, a drink, and a dessert.
All tools and materials will be provided.
We recommend bringing a hat and wearing comfortable clothes, as the rooftop can get quite sunny.
Participation fee: $15
