The exhibition program of Beirut Art Center follows its mission of creating spaces for dis/engagements, collective learning, knowledge sharing, and thoughtful questioning. Making use of the space available, up to six exhibitions are inaugurated every year. Through these exhibitions, BAC actively engages with local, regional and international artists, providing platforms for experimentation and exchange. As the program is committed to reaching audiences and interlocutors from various age groups and life experiences and backgrounds, the exhibitions are an effort to foster inspiration and knowledge exchange within its community of peers and audiences. The exhibitions are also a tool to emphasize and explore how to best deploy and allocate resources that reflect on economic and aesthetic considerations, ensuring that financial resources are allocated to prioritize the payment of artists, craftspeople, and technicians rather than unnecessary material expenses.
